1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application AngryMoti (the "Service"), operated by Selfer. (the "Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  1. Service: A self-management application in which an alarm rings at the time of your scheduled activity, and the alarm can only be dismissed by starting a front-camera timelapse recording.
  2. Activity (Commitment): A time-based self-management session that you schedule within the Service.
  3. Points and Penalties: Scores the Service records based on the outcome of your activities, such as completion or failure.
  4. Membership: A paid, auto-renewing monthly subscription offered by the Company.

3. Posting and Amending These Terms

  1. The Company posts these Terms within the Service and on a publicly accessible page.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. When we do, we will announce the effective date and the reason for the change at least 7 days in advance (or at least 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users).
  3. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, you are deemed to have agreed to them. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

4. Accounts

  1. You may sign up with an email address, Google, or Apple account, or use the Service in Guest Mode.
  2. Email sign-up requires email verification to confirm your identity.
  3. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, and you may not transfer or lend it to anyone else.
  4. You must be at least 14 years old to sign up for and use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
  5. You may delete your account at any time in the app under My Page → Profile & Subscription → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all data on your device and our servers is immediately and permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

5. The Service

  1. An alarm rings at your scheduled activity time, and the only way to dismiss it is to start a front-camera timelapse recording.
